Central Equity has won the Housing Industry of Australia Victorian (HIA) Apartment Complex 2016 for its Southbank Grand development.

Southbank Grand was designed in collaboration with architects Guilford Bell and Graham Fisher.

The 43-level tower meets the standards that have won Central Equity several previous awards for its inner-city residential developments.

In designing the apartments, consideration was given to space and light and quality finishes and fixtures.

Living areas feature double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a balcony or terrace for abundant light, fresh air and cityscape vistas.

There are European sourced appliances, composite stone bench-tops, sparkling splash backs and German tap ware.

Building facilities include state of the art security, access to NBN via a high speed broadband network, an indoor heated pool, gym, BBQ terrace and concierge services.

Southbank Grand is situated at 151 City Rd, Southbank (corner of Power St).  For more information, click here.
