Castran Gilbert marketing has focused on the downsizer for BRIQ, their latest Caulfield off the plan offering.

The Hawthorn Road apartment block, featuring an exterior of brick work and classic curves, comprises 13 three bedroom residences.

Each three bedroom apartment has two bathrooms and private outdoor entertaining areas.

They're accessed through a double height foyer and up a sculptural staircase.

Architectural firm Tecture designed the development, which will sit in landscaped gardens from Jack Merlo.

Castran Gilbert agent David Howard is handling the sales campaign, with price starting from $1,119,000.

The apartments come with two car spaces in the basement.
