Can APM's preliminary Sydney weekend clearance rate tally break through the recent run of 81%?

Australian Property Monitors (APM) has released a list of results from 253 auctions in Sydney for the weekend of July 20. The preliminary clearance rate was 81.4%, the second consecutive result in the 80s.

There ofcourse will be a revision, typically downwards once the final results come in.

The previous week's initial result was 81% for the July 13 weekend, and its revision saw the figure back at 75.9%, a none-the-less strong result.
