A Bundamba, Queensland mortgagee home has been sold for $160,000.

The sale marks a loss of $20,000 since the home last sold for $180,000 in 2012.

Gai Flynn of First National Real Estate marketed the house.

Situated at 16 Bergins Hill Road, the abode is comprised of three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Set on 728 sqm, the house was previously marketed in 2014 when the vendors sought $199,000.

The median house price in Bundambah is $308,000.
