Billionaire Brett Blundy has sold his luxury Hawkesbury River property, Sweven.

Ending a four-year on-off sales campaign, property data website Pricefinder has an $18.75 million notification on the sale.

A $7.3 million sale at Cattai set a year ago by Gendy and Hugh Parry-Okeden ranks as the highest sale at Cattai.

The Timothy Moon-designed property took three years at a $8 million cost on its 57 hectare estate which was bought in 2001 for $2.05 million.

The Timothy Moon design was completed in 2009.

Neville Rava, of Cutcliffe Property, declined to comment.

Brett Blundy listed his Rose Bay harbourfront at $45 million in February 2016.
