The Skardon Crescent home has undergone recent repairs including new hot plates and oven, new air-conditioner, new ceiling fans throughout, and a fresh coat of paint inside. 

The 712 square metre block is situated on a corner overlooking bushland.

The home features four-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, and a lockup garage.

It was built in 2011.
