Developer Boill Australia are set to launch the second stage of the 290 apartment residential development at Kellyville in western Sydney.

Stage two, named Magnolia, is part of Boill’s Peony Place project. It is set over four stages with eight buildings located opposite the Bella Vista Waters luxury homes precinct.

Stage one construction is at the third floor with only a handful of apartments remaining on sale.

The one bedroom apartments are sized from 77sqm to 110sqm internally, two bedrooms starting at 109sqm and the three bedroom apartments ranging from 105sqm to 141sqm internally.

George Xu, General Manager of Boill Australia said stage two of our development has a great deal to offer residents.

"Key attractions are likely to be the generous indoor and outdoor spaces that many of the apartments feature coupled with the location, which offers a variety of parks and leisure spaces, transport and retail options and it is only three minutes’ drive to Norwest Business Park," he said.

Ed Tancred, Sales & Marketing Manager, Boill Australia, said they took into account the demographics of the area and saw a market for those buyers looking to downsize to a house sized apartment.

Design firm DKO have included Quantum Quartz engineered stone bench-tops and timber paneling in the kitchens with European cooking appliances and bold pendant lighting above the islands. Engineered oak floors, plush cut pile wool carpet, black window frames and air conditioning are all standard.

Peter Coulton from Savills Residential Projects said early indications show us the first home buyers and investor market definitely appreciate the multi-purpose rooms and the extra size that Magnolia offers.
