Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury clear 94 percent of weekend auctions: CoreLogic

Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 17 auctions in the area 94.1% resulted in a successful outcome.

This was followed by the Eastern Suburbs with 84.2 percent and Ryde with 82.6 percent.

A three bedroom townhouse at 4/2A Christopher Street, Baulkham Hills (above) was sold over the weekend for $1,087,500.

Built in 2000 it was last sold in 2006 for $490,000.

A three bedroom house at 18 Bimbil Place, Castle Hill (below) was sold for $1.63 million.

Built in 1950 it was last sold in 2013 for $1.024 million and in 2002 for $430,000.
