Bali-style at Byron Bay tipped to fetch $2.2 million plus

The Byron Bay property of the founder of the Byron Bay Arts Factory Lodge, Bob Lowry, and his wife, Pattie, has been listed for sale.

It is a Bali-style villa expected to fetch $2.2 million plus.

Lowry bought the 19 Gordon Street, Byron Bay home in September 2002 for $350,000, then undertaking a major renovation.

It is a two bedroom, two bathroom home with a heated pool.

It has been listed through Karin Heller of Parkinson Real Estate.
