Approval granted for $78 million Seanna Residences development at Sunshine Coast's Bokarina Beach

A new $78 million luxury residential development project, on the Sunshine Coast's Bokarina Beach, has been approved.

RGD Prestige is developing the project, which will be known as Seanna Residences.

Seanna Residences has already sold 30% of its apartments, with $20.478 million worth of sales.

“We have had overwhelming interest from across South East Queensland including both local Sunshine Coast and Brisbane buyers,” RGD Prestige owner Ron Grabbe said.

Designed by Sunshine Coast architectural firm O.G.E, the project has been created for owner occupiers who “demand large open plan living spaces, ample storage and quality finishes”.

Over eight-storeys, It will feature 49 three-bedroom residences, as well as 14 two-bedroom residences.

Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2020.
