A house Albion Park, a suburb in the City of Shellharbour, has been sold for $442,500 by mortgagees.

It was sold by Craig Hyde from LJ Hooker Albion Park Rail.

The 5 Tuross St home comes with three bedrooms, one bathroom and two parking spaces. 

The 1980s homes is set on 606 sqm with elevated views to the east.

It is situated close to both state and Catholic primary and secondary schools, public transport, sporting fields and only a short drive to main street Albion Park shopping precinct.

The suburb's median house price sits on $600,000 according to CoreLogic. 

The house last sold in 1999 at $130,000.
