Acacia Gardens NSW's fastest selling suburb for houses

The fastest selling private treaty market for houses in New South Wales is the western Sydney suburb of Acacia Gardens with an average 15 days on market with a median price of $660,000.

According to CoreLogic RP Data, Werrington followed with a median of $478,000 with 17 days on market, Winston Hills with a median of $811,000 and 18 days on the market and Milperra with 19 days on the market and a median price of $725,000.

Acacia Gardens is 40km west of Sydney's CBD at the southern end of the Hills District.
