The most affordable property reported sold at the weekend was a three bedroom unit at Greenacre that sold for $419,000 through Town and Country Real Estate.

The unit at 8/11-17 Davidson Street was bought by owner occupiers, estate agent Hui W Zhu told Property Observer.

It had been marketed as an "excellent opportunity to break into the Inner West market at an affordable price."

The recently renovated unit, freshly painted with brand new carpet.

There was a registered carport with direct access to private backyard.
