It was sold by Adrian McEvoy and Tony Cannatelli from LJ Hooker.

It had last sold $140,000 in 2013.

Built in 2014 and set on 272m2 block (approx), the 1/22 Golden Avenue unit comes with two bedrooms, a spacious living area and a study nook.

The suburb's median unit price sits on $317,500, according to CoreLogic.
