It sold at $440,000, down on it's earlier $579,000 asking price when offered in 2015.

It was sold by Mark Grljusich at Harcourts.

It was built in 2012 at an estimated $298,500 cost.

It had been a $500 a week rental offering in 2015.

The 5 Vickridge Close, Beaconsfield house features three bedrooms - main with ensuite and WIR, modern kitchen and bathrooms, an open plan living room, private courtyard that opens from the living room, and a double lock up garage.

It also features air conditioning.

It is just a short drive to South Beach and the South Fremantle cappuccino strip.

The suburb's median house price sits on $670,000 according to CoreLogic.
