A four bedroom 2003-built house in Western Australia's Ellenbrook has been sold by mortgagees. 

It was sold at $367,500, just slightly down from it's most recent asking price at $377,500.

It was sold by Jim McConnell at RayWhite after an earlier sale failed to eventuate.

It came with a $430,000 asking price after its failed December 2017 auction.

It last sold at $71,000 in 2002 as a building block.

The 15 Lissadell Terrace, Ellenbrook house is a about 196sqm home that features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, large patio at the backside, and a below ground pool.

It also includes new carpets, fresh paint work, and new blinds. 

It is less than 1km walking distance to shops, schools, parks and public transport.

The suburb's median house price sits on $380,000 according to CoreLogic.
