1940s Terrigal home with sea views pulled from weekend auction

A 1940s Terrigal offering on the NSW Central Coast which was withdrawn from weekend auction.

There were $4 million plus hopes for the five bedroom home.

It is on a 1682 square metres lot and was offered for the first time in 47 years.

Built from New England hardwood, the property at 14-16 Scenic Highway was listed by Central Coast Realty agent Stuart Gan.
