New York broker Fredrik Eklund to lecture Australian estate agents

One of New York's famous celebrity real estate agents, Fredrik Eklund is doing a series of live workshops across Australia next month, promising to share "the secrets of selling anything to anyone".

The broker has sold over US$2 billion in real estate in New York during the past decade, with a clientele that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Timberlake, Daniel Craig, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez, and Cameron Diaz.

One of the stars of Million Dollar Listing New York, Fredrik Eklund has appeared on the Bravo TV reality series, seen in 110 countries worldwide. 

Described as the energetic, high-kicking, top broker at Douglas Elliman has secured record sales in 28 buildings in Manhattan last year.

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Eklund’s new book is The Sell: The Secrets of Selling Anything to Anyone. 

"I'm longing to see the stars of the Southern Cross at night and enjoy the sun drenched beaches during the day as well as meet my fans and check out some real estate. I'm keen to do some business down under," he said. 

Last month he holidayed in Bali to celebrate making a $100 million in one month.

He also revealed his latest purchase was a multimillion-dollar Miami, Florida, holiday condo.
