Watson Elite is a Sydney property development and investment company founded in 2013. Since its establishment, the company has been engaged in property development and investment with the operation of its business, including luxury apartment and student accommodation throughout the Sydney region.

Watson Elite’s current projects include middle-rise luxury residences and student accommodation located in Thornleigh and the Sydney CBD. The company specialises in multi-residential projects, critical thinking, and liveability and is currently working on the Array project at 27 Thornleigh Street in Thornleigh. This five-level low-rise has been designed by a+ design group.
