Urban DC appoints Cobild as builder for Heirloom, Armadale apartments

Developer <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/urban-dc">Urban DC</a> has completed its latest apartment development, Horizon, in the sought-after Plowman Place in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/frankston-vic-3199">Frankston</a>.&nbsp;

Horizon, which recently completed its construction by Cobild,&nbsp;is home to 79 one to three-bedroom units accompanied by a suite of 6-star resort-style facilities across a nine-level building.
