Taplin Group of Companies

Taplin Real Estate was formed in 1932 by Wilfred Taplin in Glenelg, South Australia, where they currently still operate and focus on.

In 1970, Noel Taplin became Managing Director of Taplin Real Estate and introduced their first development at Mitcham Square Shopping Centre.

The Taplin Group has expanded its retail investment portfolio, including the development of Mawson Lakes Shopping Centre and is the oldest operating family-owned real estate business in South Australia, managing several billions of assets within its portfolio.

Some of their most recent developments in Glenelg include 15-23 Jetty Road and an eight-level mid-rise at 128-132 Jetty Road.
