Spec Property, which has recently been renamed Samma Property Group, was founded by Sam Abdelmalak, who has 30 years of engineering experience and over 20 years of experience in home construction.

Spec Property focuses on townhouses, multiple homes, and more significant sites, with a penchant for off-the-plan apartments. Spec Property works in the medium density and high-rise residential market, selling one, two, and three-bedroom apartments across inner Melbourne.

Some of their more recent projects include the five-level low-rise Elmington at 96 Camberwell Road in Hawthorn East and a similar low-rise building, The Maybloom, consisting of four-levels at 7 Riversdale Road in Hawthorn.
