Sandstone Capital & JZL Properties

Sandstone Capital and JZL Properties is a development partnership that exists to develop 89 George Street in Parramatta, which will be the Four Points Hotel and Residences created for both short and long term guests while also offering a unique food and recreation-based precinct.

The hotel floors have been designed to maximise the available views, with easy access to the Eat Precinct, Perth House Café, and Heritage Plaza. The project, which will be a 25-level high-rise, will be designed by Group GSA with a total project cost of $75 million.
