Robina Group is preparing for a busy start to the year, with its Vue Terrace Homes posting $8 million of sales in just eight weeks to wrap up 2020, marking one of the biggest sales periods in the community’s history.

First home buyer, Sam Grima, was among the latest purchasers to secure his place at Vue and said he had found the ‘perfect location’ to call home. The 27-year-old engineer, a born and bred Gold Coaster, said rather than renting he had been living with his parents and saving for his dream home

“Vue is the perfect location and, as a structural engineer, I also love its architectural design," Mr Grima said

Robina Group development manager Darrell Irwinsaid local downsizers and upsizers had been leading the charge with recent sales, but noted there had also been strong interest from first home buyers in Robina.

“Vue is one of the few communities with completed homes on offer anywhere on the Gold Coast –and the central suburb of Robina is particularly sought-after –so that has been driving significant interest from those wanting to move straight into anew home,” he said.

Mr Irwin said across the board, purchasers were attracted to the architectural design, with all details including orientation, natural lighting, views, breezes and privacy considered.
