Riverlee is a Melbourne based, privately owned property group that specialises in the development and asset ownership across the commercial and residential sectors as well as some retail. The company was established in 1993 by Clement Lee, Riverlee is a family business that has completed and delivered over $2.5 billion of urban land and master-planned communities, residential, and hotel developments, commercial office with an active development pipeline above $3 billion.
Riverlee is currently developing the Jaques at 1 Palmer Street in Richmond, a three-building complex of 10-levels designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects built by Hacer. They are also working on 484-486 Swan Street in Richmond, a high-rise consisting of 14 levels designed by Technē Architecture + Interior Design.
The company is also in the development of Seafarers in Melbourne in conjunction with Lovell Chen Conservation, Heritage Architects and Fender Katsalidis Architects, a mixed-use waterfront precinct for which will incorporate a limited collection of residences, Australia’s first 1 Hotel, a 1,000-seat function centre, dining and retail, and a 3,500sqm public park.
