RDA Property Group

RDA Property Group is headed by former fashion identity Danny Avidan and is currently developing the somewhat controversial apartments at 109-113 Macpherson Street.

Local residents have protested against high-rise apartment developments at Bronte RSL, which offers sweeping water views on a 2231 square metre site. The project was originally only meant to house 21 apartments; however, another two residences and five townhouses, which will require another floor, will likely be added.

The building is almost 22 metres in height, nine metres over the allowable height limit, and has been designed by the Aleksandar Design Group.
