Qapital Investments is a real estate agency specialising in commercial property, offering retail, office, and other properties for lease. Qapital Investments was established in 2017 and provides leasing across the office, commercial, retail, and industrial property sectors. 

The company also handles investment acquisitions and property development. Their latest development project is 125 Bathurst Street in Hobart, a ten-level mid-rise which was designed by Atelier Cartel architects.

Standing at the height of 30 metres, the project will offer 33 apartments for residential use upon completion.
