The new Mosman record-breaking apartment development, Redan Lane, will be built by iCIRT-rated builder Trescon, the developer has announced.

Among the pre-build sales was a Garden residence sold for $19.5 million and a mid-level four-bedroom unit sold for $19 million.

Before the launch of the $125 million development, a downsizing Mosman family secured the largest unit in the project, a 270 sqm ground floor garden apartment overlooking the Balmoral Slopes and the ocean.&nbsp;

The apartment boasts three bedrooms, two living areas, four bathrooms, and internal access to a garage. The outdoor space encompasses an additional 222 sqm, though notably, there is no swimming pool.

The collaborative effort involved Studio Johnston for architecture, Mim Design for interiors, and Dangar Barin Smith for landscaping. CBRE managed the sales campaign.

Foote, a former architecture student, had Studio Johnson designed a tiered building on the 2,200 sqm <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/redan-lane-22-redan-street-mosman">Redan Lane</a> site so each apartment could take in views over Balmoral Beach from its elevated position just a few streets back from Mosman Village.

The three and four-bedroom apartments range in sizer from 205 sqm to 270 sqm. The three-bedrooms have two private lock-up garages, six metres wide, spaces, while the four-bedroom apartments have garaging for four cars. There's EV charging for each residence too.
