Powerland Investments is a joint venture between two property development teams, Concord Aust Pty Ltd and Powerlong Australia.

Powerlong Australia was established in Australia in 2015 with a focus on residential properties in the Sydney market. The company is backed by Powerlong Group in China, which is the market leader in Commercial and Mixed-Use projects throughout China, having completed over 200 projects, including 5 Star Hotels, office towers, shopping centres, entertainment precincts, and mixed-use residential developments.

Powerlong is currently launching Monarch in Miranda, a premium development consisting of 52 apartments near Westfield in Miranda. This project has been designed by The Silver Arc.
