Piedimonte Developments Pty Ltd exists for the development of an apartment complex on an existing and well-recognised supermarket site.
The company is creating an expanded supermarket with residential living above at 102-114 Scotchmer Street, a 3,715sqm corner site which will redevelop seven storeys, 2,894sqm retail, and 1,763sqm back-of-house.
There will be 89 apartments, three basement levels, 164 car parking spaces, and 86 bicycle bays, along with a roof garden and terraces with an estimated cost of $45 million over the total development, designed by Peddle Thorp Architects.
