Pelligra’s portfolio is inclusive of commercial, industrial, and residential property developments. They have over six decades of experience in the development and construction business and multi-million dollars worth of property under acquisition in a diverse portfolio. They have more than 800 tenants in place, with most under long-term leases having completed projects in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, the Philippines, and China.
Pelligra handles property acquisition, property and investment advisory, property management, development/project management, master planning, and building design, joint venture development, programming, property remediation/rejuvenation, retrofits, and refurbishments.
Pelligra has over 1200 projects successfully delivered interstate and overseas. Some of their more recent developments include 22-26 Synnot Street in Werribee VIC and the Astro Apartments on 342 Sydenham Road in Sydenham.
Pelligra has recently purchased Ford’s former manufacturing sites in Geelong and Broadmeadows, committing to an initial $500 million for stage one as part of an urban renewal project. The sites have a combined size of 100 hectares and include more than 265,000 sqm of factory floor that will be retrofit to accommodate manufacturing and innovative technology businesses.
