Ouson Group is a Melbourne-based property development and property investment company that focuses on the Melbourne metropolitan area.

With over 15 years of experience and billions of dollars in assets, the company currently has 6,000,000M2 of land reserves. One of their most recent projects is the Bellenden at 820 Ferntree Gully Road in Wheelers Hill, which features 105 residences across four levels. It offers two, three, and four-bedroom residences consisting of apartments and townhouses.

Ouson also is in development of Gipps Street at 114 Hoddle Street, in Abbotsford, another four-level building.
