Orchard Property Group was started by a former Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Barry Cronin, who has extensive experience in structured finance, property and development industry having practiced in that area for over 40 years.
 
Managing director Brent Hailey has over 30 years’ experience in the residential property development industry and is also a Non-Executive Director of Honeycombes Property Group, which is a Queensland based property development and investment company.

Orchard's latest development is the La Riviere, located at 19 Cannes Avenue in Surfers Paradise.
