Nicson Property Group was started by young property developer Johnson Tran who now has a portfolio worth $40 million. Beginning in 2012, Nicson Property Group has launched four developments across Yarraville and West Melbourne, with plans for three more projects in Collingwood, North Melbourne, and Doncaster in the future.

One of the groups' upcoming projects is a luxurious complex of sky homes at 810 Elgar Road in Doncaster and a two-building development called Little Saigon located at 63 Nicholson Street in Footscray.
