Their latest project is called 65 Clarke St, located at 51-65 Clarke Street in Southbank close to the intersection of several of Melbourne’s inner suburbs. It offers immediate CBD proximity and nearby Arts Precinct plus easy access to South Melbourne.

The project features a mixture of high-end residential apartments, luxury hotel with food and beverage and office spaces over 69 levels, with amenities, a business club on the top floor with a 360° view of CBD and the Bay, all designed by Elenberg Fraser.
