MakShaq
Makshaq is a somewhat controversial development firm owned by Stefce Kutlesovski and Raman Shaqiri that made the news for illegally demolishing the Corkman Irish Pub.
Makshaq has tens of millions of dollars worth of projects underway across Melbourne, including 8 Lygon, a nine-storey tower that is under construction at the corner of Brunswick Road and Lygon Street in East Brunswick. Another large project from the firm is the Havenlea, which features almost 200 apartments planned in Cairnlea.
Makshaq also has a property at 837 Whitehorse Road in Box Hill, which was bought for $13 million and will be developed into 379 apartments.
