H.CO specialises in the development of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties as well as the construction of social housing and various other philanthropic projects. Under the direction of Michael Tiemens and Brad Harris, the company has developed a diverse portfolio of enterprises working in association with other planners, architects, interior designers, landscapers and other building industry professionals. 

A recent collaboration undertaken by H.CO is a pair of two-floor residential townhouses named Bask located at 345 Beach Road in Black Rock.
