Grocon is a property development company that operates in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast across the commercial office, residential Government, social housing, health, hotel, and infrastructure sectors.
Some of their more substantial projects include The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC), Crown Casino, Eureka Tower, and AAMI Park in Melbourne along with the ANZ Tower, 5 Martin Place, and 1 Bligh Street in Sydney.
Grocon currently has the Northumberland under construction in Melbourne, which will be used as a 13 level office building and a companion five-level retail building that will include a ground floor café.
Grocon is also developing a 60 level high-rise called Home Southbank located at 256-266 City Road in Southbank and The Ribbon at 31 Wheat Road in Sydney, a 24-level high-rise building that will also offer a 5-star hotel and 172 parking spaces.
