Gibson Property Corporation
Gibson Property Corporation has developed property in Melbourne since 1882. Started by Alfred E. Gibson as a small real estate business in the northern suburbs, Gibson Property Corporation has grown with a focus on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The company's largest project to date is the Merrifield, a new 24-hour city for Melbourne in a joint venture with MAB Corporation. They also have two smaller developments in the works, including Trilogy Place at 24 Oleander Drive in Mill Park and the ALBA, also in Mill Park at 15 Wealthiland Drive, which is being built by Figurehead.
