Fragrance Group Limited is a property developer operating across three continents, Asia, Australia, and Europe. The company was listed on the main board of the SGX-ST on 3 February 2005 and has a current market capitalization above $1 billion.
 
Core business activities of the Fragrance Group include the development of residential, commercial, hotel, and industrial properties. Other activities include the holding of investment properties and hotel operations.

The Fragrance Group is working on the NV Apartment, a flagship development in Perth consisting of 401 apartments located at 380 Murray Street. They are also responsible for the Premier Tower, which houses 800 apartments within its curvy form opposite Southern Cross railway station at 134-160 Spencer Street.

Another new development is Milligan Street in Perth, located on the corner of Milligan and Murray Street, a 28-storey office and residential building with a second, 36-storey tower that offers 406 hotel rooms, along with a swimming pool, and associated dining and retail.
