Adelaide has continued to lead the property bounce back with a momentum even greater than that of Sydney and Melbourne.

Urban’s tour of the Penny Place display suite

The news follows the recent completion of the precinct’s debut tower, <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/buildings/kodo-apartments-33-angas-st-adelaide">Kodo Apartments</a>, which has reached an impressive 193 metres high, claiming the title of Adelaide’s tallest residential building.

Woods Bagot Associate Principal Alex Hall explains that the beauty of the design is that it actually involves quite complex design elements, which are refined to look effortlessly seamless.
