Bespoke property developers, Feltham Property Group are inching closer to a sell-out in their most recent luxury residential project, Oakman Residences.&nbsp;

Nestled on the border of blue-chip suburbs Toowong and Taringa, construction is well underway at Oakman Residences as over 70 per cent of residences have now been sold.&nbsp;

Owner and Director, Cameron Feltham, said the majority of interest so far has come from local buyers living in the area as they understand how truly special this community is.

The bulk earthworks have now been completed onsite, with the important milestone an exciting time for Feltham, who noted the risk of having large open areas.

“It’s often one of the riskiest parts of the build, with with large amount of open areas often the subject to storms and erosion,” Feltham said.

“We found plenty of rock so we should have excellent foundations!”

"Over the next couple of weeks well start work on the external retaining walls in front of residences 12-16, as well as our northern basement," he added.&nbsp;
