With Puckle Street as its thriving hub of retail and entertainment akin to the likes of Chapel St or Bridge Road, and excellent education and public transport options &ndash; buyers are flocking north west and rediscovering this hidden gem of Melbourne.&nbsp;

The brief from Empire was for a boutique range of apartments that would each feel like a home.

&quot;We interpreted this through the generosity of space; internally, vertically, and outdoors,&quot; CHC advise.

They designed the 22 two and three bedroom apartments, geared at the owner-occupier, with a generous amount of indoor and outdoor living space per residence.
