Eden Investment Group & Fortune Land Holdings

Eden Investment Group is a management team with over 15 years of experience in inbound and outbound investment and capital operations throughout China and the Asian region. They are now focusing on Australia, developing industrial businesses in coal processing and livestock distribution.

In 2015, Eden entered the Australian property market by partnering with local developer Haisheng Corporation to produce The Maples land subdivision project in Schofields.

One of their more recent developments is 39-43 Hynds in Box Hill, a three-level low-rise designed by Rothelowman architects. The project will include 111 apartments and 23 car parking spaces in total.
