It&#39;s the first time Devwest has created two standalone towers of commercial and residential in the same development.

Chad Ferguson, Devwest&#39;s Executive Director,&nbsp;says prospective home owners and business owners are rarely afforded the opportunity to work and live within the same development, while still being separate from the office.
