Charter Hall has over 28 years' experience in property investment and funds management as an integrated property group that access, deploy, manage, and invest equity in various real estate sectors. Charter Hall also provides a property leasing and asset management service. They are responsible for $7.1bn+ in completion value and 80 projects to date.

One of their larger current projects is a $1.5 billion office development at 555 Collins Street in Melbourne. The site was acquired in October 2018 and occupies a 4,620 sqm with almost 50m of frontage along Collins Street. The new commercial tower and future precinct will deliver approximately 45,000 sqm of Premium Grade, technology-enabled office space spanning 35 levels.

Charter Hall is also building a 15 storey development called Raine Square, located at 300 Murray Street in Perth that will be a high-rise mixed-use building combined with a hotel.
