Brown Property Group

The Brown Property Group was started by founding Director Colin Brown in the field of civil construction with their first land development in Ivanhoe in 1956.

Today Brown Property Group controls all aspects of property development in-house via the fields of acquisition, development and project management, sales, marketing, and conveyancing to delivery by its own civil construction team, Brown Civil.

Their most recent project is a seven-level mid-rise located at 2-4 Roche Street in Hawthorn, which has been designed by DKO Architecture.
