Alfasi Group
The Alfasi Group and Alfasi Constructions commenced trading in 1980 as the group's largest division. In the beginning the business focussed on structural steel fabrication and erection delivering projects in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Middle East. These include stadiums with retractable roofs through to Observation Wheels, Airport terminals, industrial facilities, process plants, commercial buildings, convention centres, and museums.
The Alfasi Group handles project management, in house drafting, ground management at all off-site fabrication and painting yards as well as on-site project teams. Alfasi has handled projects as large as 24,000 tonnes often in contracts in excess of $200m in numerous locations around the world. Alfasi Property specialises in sourcing CBD locations in commercial, hotel, and residential developments.
