Construction has commenced on the South Perth project, One Richardson, with one of Perth’s leading multi-residential and mixed-use builders on the task, Emco.&nbsp;

Developed by Subiaco-based developers, Devwest, One Richardson will deliver a collection of 75 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with a series of two-storey penthouses.&nbsp;

Over 50 per cent of the apartments have already sold in the project, which have been designed by MJA Studio.&nbsp;
