Construction has commenced on the $20 million <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/1-5-reynolds-street-hampton-east">One Reynolds</a> apartment development in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/hampton-east-vic">Hampton East</a>, marking a significant milestone in the project's contribution to the State Government Social Housing Program.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/chase-building-group">Chase Group</a>, in collaboration with <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/casurban">CasUrban</a>, has been selected as the builder for One Reynolds, an eight-level development set to house 83 apartments designated for Housing Choices Australia.

Designed by <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/rothelowman">Rothelowman</a>, One Reynolds features a range of flexible floor plans, offering one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

The emphasis is on creating functional, modern living spaces that maximise natural light and provide views of the surrounding gardens and urban scenery.

Each apartment will feature Bosch cooking appliances, stone benchtops, and a palette of neutral tones inspired by the ocean, fostering a sense of coastal warmth.

The design encourages residents to personalise their living spaces while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic throughout the development.
